Ex-Triumph COO Sheahan named VP of Sales for dealership group

Chicago-based Windy City Motorcycle Company (WCMC) has named Matt Sheahan vice president of Sales, Powersports Business has learned. Sheahan comes with a strong background in the motorcycle industry with over 15 years of experience, most recently holding the position of chief operating officer for Triumph Motorcycles America.

Sheahan is an innovative and entrepreneurial leader with a passion for creating profitable and sustainable business growth. He is a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast having spent most of his life riding, wrenching, racing, designing, marketing, and selling motorcycles. Prior to his time at Triumph, he was lead design engineer for Buell Motorcycle Co., where he prepared and executed strategic and tactical plans that led the organization through efficient new motorcycle model development programs.

Matt Sheahan has been named vice president of Sales at for the Chicago-based Windy City Motorcycle Company.

Sheahan is a former engineer, mechanic, and 11-time CCS Road Racing champion. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Specialization from Marquette University. He currently resides in southern Wisconsin with his wife and three children.
