Vanderhall roadster: AIMExpo ‘provides perfect platform’

Vanderhall Motor Works Inc. announced that it will be exhibiting at the American International Motorcycle Expo presented by Nationwide (AIMExpo). The Provo, Utah-based company will commemorate its debut at the show Oct. 11-14, 2018, from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in fabulous Las Vegas with the global unveiling of the Carmel, the newest addition to a lineup that currently features four models. Vanderhall will also host an interactive demo space at AIMExpo Outdoors!, where attendees can get behind the wheel of these truly unique pieces of American craftsmanship.

Founded in 2010 by Steve Hall, Vanderhall produces hand-built, three-wheeled autocycles that feature a retro design in the spirit of the American roadster, with a sleek and refined elegance that stands alone. Each gas-powered model in the Vanderhall lineup is built around a 1.4 liter, 180 horsepower four-cylinder turbo engine that combines with a lightweight mono-aluminum chassis to provide an exhilarating experience. The brand has also created an all-electric model with twin motors that can push a 0-60 mph time of just four seconds.

Vanderhall roadsters will be available for dealer demos at AIMExpo on Oct. 11-12 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

At AIMExpo presented by Nationwide, Vanderhall will introduce the Carmel to the world. It will join the Venice Speedster, Venice, Edison, and Laguna as the fifth model in an already esteemed lineup of what the brand affectionately likes to call roadsters. Vanderhall will have Venice’s available for demo rides during the show’s trade days on Oct. 11-12.

“We’ve been a disruptor in both the automotive and powersports industries thanks to the high performance and premium quality of our vehicles. While the technical term for our models is autocycle, we feel like roadster is more indicative of what we’re really about — the open road and open-top enjoyment,” said Vanderhall marketing director Daniel Boyer. “We recognize that spirit is also what fuels motorcycle enthusiasts around the world, and AIMExpo provides the perfect platform to reach every facet of that audience. We’re in search of expanding our dealer network, and there couldn’t be a better setting to conduct business with potential customers and introduce our newest model to the world. Moreover, the chance to put dealers in the driver’s seat [at AIMExpo Outdoors!] was arguably the biggest draw towards the opportunity to accomplish our goals.”

Vanderhall’s space at AIMExpo Outdoors! will also include demo rides of its entry-level Speedster and Venice models for the weekend consumer days. The Carmel, Speedster and the all-electric Edison will each be on display inside the Vanderhall exhibit space on the show floor inside Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

“AIMExpo presented by Nationwide features the most diverse gathering of brands in the powersports industry, and the addition of Vanderhall personifies the dynamic collection of vehicles and products that attendees can see and experience,” said show director Cinnamon Kernes. “We’re excited to provide the opportunity to bring another American-made company into the spotlight, and Vanderhall recognizes the unparalleled value the show provides by unifying dealers, media, and consumers in one space. While they may be relatively new to the marketplace, Vanderhall realizes the role the show plays in the long-term health of the industry, in addition to their own success.”
