U.K.: Suzuki pop-up shop at mall aimed at new riders

As part of its drive to introduce new riders to the joys of motorcycling, along with its range of learner-friendly machines, Suzuki will be opening a pop-up shop and offering free test rides to customers at the IntuMK shopping centre on Saturday 12 May.

Alongside a display of its GSX-R125, GSX-S125, and Address scooter — machines aimed at both those new to two wheels, or commuters looking for an economical and congestion-beating mode of transport — Suzuki will also be offering customers in the Milton Keynes shopping centre the chance to get on two wheels for the first time, for free, with a new rider experience.

Helmets and other protective clothing will be provided, and test rides will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the day, and last around 20 minutes. Anyone 16 years and over can take part and there is no need to book in advance or already own a motorcycle licence.

With the aim of encouraging new riders to get on two wheels for less, Suzuki will also be offering £100 towards a CBT or riding kit for anyone that goes on to purchase a new GSX-R125, GSX-S125, or Address. And with all three machines currently on Suzuki’s 3 percent finance deal, there’s never been a more affordable time to start riding. As part of the offer, Suzuki’s 134mpg-boasting Address can be had for just £62.20 per month, with just a £33 deposit.
