Yamaha USA president Okawa returning to Japan

Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd., announced some personnel changing affecting directors and executive officers at its Board of Directors meeting on Dec. 27, 2017.

Among the most important changes is that Terry Okawa, president of Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., is returning to Japan to take a more senior role, reporting to new president Yoshi Hidaka.

The new president of Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A., is Kazuhiro Kuwata, who most recently served as president of Yamaha Motor Europe.
