Arctic Cat execs move on after Textron acquisition

After hearing from multiple sources that several Arctic Cat C-suite employees were no longer with the company, Powersports Business reached out to Textron Specialized Vehicles for comment. 

Kevin Holleran, president and CEO of Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc., sent the following statement: “As we integrate Arctic Cat into Textron Specialized Vehicles, we have realigned our leadership team accordingly so that we can operate as a single, cohesive organization. As a result, many of the members of the leadership team of the former Arctic Cat Inc. have moved on from the company. The circumstances of each departure were different — in some cases, we eliminated duplicate roles across our organization, while in others, former Arctic Cat leaders decided to use this transition to pursue other career opportunities. Regardless of the individual circumstances, we are appreciative of the Arctic Cat team’s contributions to the company’s success, and for their support as we combine our two companies into one.” 

Textron did not provide details on which executives are no longer with Arctic Cat.
