Report: Arctic Cat countersuit dropped over patent infringement

In 2013, Polaris Industries first sued Plymouth-based Arctic Cat over alleged patent violations, particularly side-by-side technology used in the development of Arctic Cat’s Wildcat side-by-sides.

In a ruling on Tuesday, August 4, the court dismissed Arctic Cat’s claim and Polaris’ original patent infringement lawsuit remains intact.
