CFMOTO execs host Chinese suppliers

Executives from CFMOTO Power Co. Ltd., the China-based parent company of Minnesota-based CFMOTO Powersports, treated seven supplier reps to a tour of the Land of 10,000 Lakes in July.

In addition to touring Leo’s South in Lakeville and Cycle City in Rochester — two CFMOTO dealerships — the visitors learned about the U.S. operations of the behemoth Chinese OEM and took a first drive on new 2014 CFMOTO side-by-sides.

Mr. Guogui Lai, president of CFMOTO, made the trip overseas to lead the delegation. He was joined by fellow Hangzhou-based executives Charles Ni (deputy general manager), Xiang yang Zhu (general manager), Zhijie Lin (purchasing manager), Adam Tao (COO) and Eric Fan, CFO of CFMOTO Powersports.

Supplier representatives included Xukang Xu, Yuqi Huang, Jie Chen, Yong Cen, Wenjun Yan, Yuxing Ye and Yongchun Wei.
