BRP opens regional office in Shanghai

BRP has opened a regional office in Shanghai, People’s Republic of China, to focus on increasing the company’s knowledge of Chinese culture and regional specificities and fostering BRP brand awareness.

BRP has had a team in place to support its supplier network in the area for four years. This new office in Xin Tian Di will now also house a dedicated commercial team to support its distributor, Smooth Marine, in marketing, aftersales service and dealer network development.

“BRP is committed to building solid foundations in China to make powersports a sustainable and exciting outdoor recreational experience for our customers,” BRP president and CEO Jose Boisjoli said. “As we deliver innovative, market-shaping products that appeal to consumers, the signs of growth for the powersports industry in China are encouraging; off-road trail network is growing and marinas and rental operators have an increasing presence.”
