Leatt now a fully reporting U.S. public company

Cape Town, South Africa-based Leatt Corporation announced that its Registration Statement on Form 10 with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission is now effective, and that it is now a fully reporting U.S. public company.

“We are pleased to have become a fully reporting public company,” Leatt CEO Sean Macdonald said. “We believe that this is an important step to establishing our visibility in the marketplace and increasing shareholder value and liquidity.
