In addition, they have developed training solutions for all of the major powersports manufacturers.
  • Hal Ethington: He has been associated with the powersports industry for more than 30 years. Ethington is a senior analyst at ADP Lightspeed.
  • Fran O’Hagan: He is president and CEO of Pied Piper Management Company LLC (PPMC), a business that develops and runs sales and marketing programs to maximize performance of dealer networks. Within the powersports industry, PPMC is known for its Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index (PSI), which measures how effectively dealerships sell, and provides comparative performance benchmarking by brand.
