Sturgis Rally off to a relatively safe start: report

An article from the Rapid City Journal reports that no fatalities have occurred at the 79th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. However, multiple crashes were reported throughout the weekend and resulted in several serious injuries, with most accidents occurring within the first two days.
