CEOs rank Texas first, California last for business: report

A report by Chief Executive recently released the 2019 Best States and Worst States for business rankings from surveyed CEOs. Texas came out on top once again, with Florida coming in at No. 2 and Tennessee bumping up to No. 3. California maintained its spot as the worst state for business, a ranking it has maintained for several years. A full list of the state rankings can be viewed here.
