Floorplan lender files $6.3 million lawsuit against dealership owner: report

Harley-Davidson’s financing business is seeking nearly $6.3 million from the owner of two dealerships in Wisconsin, alleging check and inventory fraud and breach of contract.

Harley sent letters to each of the dealerships seeking payment and expressing “serious concerns” about the dealerships “declining financial condition and its ability to pay its debts.”
