Martinez named Yamaha USA VP of Motorsports

Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA recently announced Motorsports Group organizational changes designed to strengthen communication and increase speed-to-market while improving interaction with the company’s Motorsports dealer partners, ultimately ensuring a strong positioning for future success.

Mike Martinez has assumed the role of vice president of Motorsports, with support from Chas Caraway, vice president of Business Planning, and Mike Doughty, general manager of Sales.

With their wealth of knowledge and experience within YMUS and the powersports industry, this new leadership team will be headquartered out of the company’s new Marietta, Georgia, facility and will manage all marketing, sales and service business for Yamaha’s Motorcycle, ATV, Side-by-Side, and Snowmobile product lines, including Yamaha Genuine Parts & Accessories.

Additional organizational changes included a restructuring of the company’s Motorsports Field Sales team and select roles within the company’s operational groups. These changes are all part of a strategy to strengthen Yamaha’s competitiveness in the powersports industry.

Hey vp you want to double your atv sales bring the banshee back just the way it was unless you can make it better which I’m sure you can I know y’all probably want but you’ve brought back the 2 stroke dirt bikes why not just put it out there that you might be bringing it back watch the buzz you get thanks you want regret it
