LS2 Helmets appoints new president/CEO


Allwin Powersports Corp, the U.S. distributor of LS2 Helmets, recently announced the appointment of Phil Ammendolia to the dual position of president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.

A 42-year veteran of the motorcycle industry, this new position recognizes Ammendolia’s five-year contribution to the significant growth of LS2 Helmets in the highly competitive U.S. powersports industry. Starting in 2013 as the vice president of sales and marketing, he was promoted to corporate vice-president in 2017. Ammendolia’s innovative marketing programs emphasize the importance of rider feedback, and the critical contributions of front-line dealers and responsive distributors.

“My life-long passion for motorcycles keeps me focused on what I as a rider want to see in a helmet,” stated Ammendolia.

Previous to Allwin Powersports, Ammendolia played key roles in the building of Fox Racing and the relaunch of Bell Helmets in the U.S. market.
