New Little Alan’s Law to impact all drivers in Minnesota: report

Drivers who have a conviction for drunk driving will be prohibited from operating ATVs, boats and snowmobiles. Little Alan’s Law went into effect Aug. 1, and KIMT3 News in Rochester interviewed River Valley Power and Sport powersports manager Bruce Tesmer as part of its coverage.
