A 2006 profile of Fox as a Powersports Business Industry Leader reports that “since Fox became president 15 years ago of the Janesville, Wis., company, LeMans’ annual sales has grown from about $15 million to $800 million. During the same span, the company’s North American sales force has increased from less than 10 to more than 200.”

Fox said in a May 2007 letter to the industry that he was retiring as president and CEO of LeMans, although he would remain on the corporation’s board of directors.

Fox had been president of LeMans for 16 years and had been with the corporation for nearly 25 years. In the letter, Fox said retiring “was an extremely difficult decision to make, but one that I feel very comfortable with.”

Fox said he plans on remaining in Janesville, Wis., where LeMans is headquartered, and looks forward to spending more time with his family and “enjoying some hobbies I’ve had to put on the backburner, like riding my motorcycles.”
