RevZilla founder named CEO of Comoto Holdings
Comoto Holdings announced that Matt Kull, current interim CEO of RevZilla, will become the CEO of Comoto Holdings. In this capacity, Kull will serve as head of RevZilla and Cycle Gear.
Kull assumed the role of acting CEO of RevZilla in December 2016, moving from his previous position as COO, where he led the company’s day-to-day operations across departments. He is a co-founder of RevZilla and has been an important driver of the tremendous growth the company has enjoyed over the last 10 years going from startup to industry leader.
“After a thorough view of the landscape, we are more convinced than ever that Matt is the right person to lead both Cycle Gear and RevZilla into their next phases. His involvement as a founder of a business that innovated the e-com moto space since day one and his intimate role in building an award-winning culture and customer service organization will help us continue both Cycle Gear and RevZilla’s growth. As CEO, Kull will oversee both RevZilla and Cycle Gear, two national leaders in the motorcycle enthusiast vertical. RevZilla and Cycle Gear are both subsidiaries of Comoto Holdings, the leading omni-channel retail group focused on apparel, parts, and accessories for motorcycle riders and enthusiasts.

Cycle Gear opened 8 stores in the last year and has plans to grow its store count significantly again in 2018.
