BMW, Rever team up on Connected platform integration
Rever and BMW Motorrad have partnered together on an integration between Rever and the BMW Motorrad Connected platform.
The platform, which was released in September, includes a bike-mounted-TFT display and mobile application. Riders using this platform now have the ability to quickly and wirelessly transfer rides recorded on their BMW directly into their Rever account with the touch of a button. From there, rides can be easily managed, reviewed and shared across social networks.
“Rever is designed to be the hub of a connected-motorcycle experience,” said Mark Roebke, CEO of Rever. “We are very excited that BMW is leading the charge in offering connected solutions that include Rever.”
BMW Motorrad Connected is currently available on select models, including the R1200GS and GS Adventure, and brand-new F850GS/F750GS. The free Connected mobile application is available on both Android and iOS.
