Briggs moving engine production from Japan to Ga., Ala.

Briggs & Stratton Corp. announced that it will move production of its Vanguard small and big block V-twin engines from Japan to its manufacturing facilities in Georgia and Alabama, creating 50 additional jobs at locations in Statesboro, Georgia, and Auburn, Alabama.
