Consumer sues Polaris for issues with RZR
A Chapmanville, West Virginia, man is suing Polaris Industries for alleged breach of warranty, reported by the West Virginia Record. Terry Belcher purchased a 2014 Polaris RZR 900 in September 2014. Since the purchase, Belcher said that he “has experienced repeated nonconformities with the motor vehicle. Such nonconformities substantially impaired its use, value and safety.”
Belcher has requested a trial by jury and seeks a refund of the purchase price of the RZR and “all other reasonable expenses.”
