Dealership ordered to pay former employee in sex discrimination case

The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission ordered a Harley-Davidson dealer to pay more than $38,500 in back pay, plus interest, to a former employee, reported the Centre Daily Times.

The female former manager accused No. 1 Cycle Center H-D Inc. of sex discrimination and said she was not paid wages equal to male managers. 

The commission reportedly made another order for the business “to cease from failing to pay female employees wages equal to male employees holding similar positions.”
