Dealer reports threat to senator made at dealership

Loess Hills Harley-Davidson of Pacific Junction, Iowa, contacted police after a man allegedly made threats toward a U.S. senator and employees in the dealership last week. 

KETV Omaha news reported that 64-year-old Robert Simet was arrested in Omaha after making threats toward U.S. Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa, who was due to attend an upcoming event at the dealership. 

Angie Paulson, Loess Harley-Davidson’s office manager told KETV that Simet made “uneasy comments, threats of killing Sen. Joni Ernst, and [the employees] were a little shook up by it.”
