Scott Wine named Manufacturing Leader of the Week

Scott Wine, CEO of Polaris Industries, was recently named the Manufacturing Leader of the Week by IndustryWeek. In August 2015, Polaris Industries placed No. 1 on the IndustryWeek 50 list of American manufacturers over Apple Inc., according to the article.

The IndustryWeek Manufacturing Lead of the Week “highlights the manufacturing leaders, executives and stars who are driving growth in today’s industry and helping to shape the future of manufacturing.”

“We have a mantra here,” Wine said in the interview, “We call it making growth happen. We don’t let external factors become an excuse for us not to grow, and that’s part of the reason we’ve become moderately successful.”
