Triumph Motorcycles America announced the recipients of the 2014 Dealer of the Year Awards, which recognizes the top dealers in North America for sales achievements and exceptional customer service.
For the eighth year in a row, Brea-based Southern California Motorcycles has made history as the No. 1 retailer in the United States. Specifically, the dealership sold more than 200 motorcycles in 2014, making it the highest selling Triumph dealer to date.
“The success and growth of the Triumph brand is directly related to the commitment of our dealer network,” Triumph’s chief operating officer Matt Sheahan said. “We’re thrilled to honor dealers for not only delivering high retail sales but also delivering exceptional customer service.”
How are they celebrating their success? The Dealer of the Year Award recipients will receive a customized gift and apparel package. Southern California Motorcycle is giving itself a gold star — stamped with “2014”on each of their employee’s jackets.
Other dealerships receiving recognition from Triumph include No. 1 Canadian retailer GP Bikes, Inc. of Whitby, Ontario, (Jerry and Lorraine Ordanis) and No. 1 single-line Triumph retailer Triumph Manassas of Manassas, Va. (Ken Davis, Jim Harman and John Tisch).
