Motorcycle, ATV component manufacturer bought out

Center Manufacturing, of Byron Center, Mich., a supplier of welded assemblies for Honda ATVs and Harley-Davidson motorcycles, has been purchased by Mayville Engineering Corp. of Mayville, Wis.

Center Manufacturing will become a division of Mayville Engineering Corp., MLive.com reported. The company did not report on the acquisition’s affect on Harley or Honda.
