Polaris signs lease on Milford, Iowa, facility

Polaris Industries has taken out a three-year lease on a former furniture facility in Milford, Iowa, KTIV TV in Sioux City, Iowa, reported.

Polaris is already producing a line of electric vehicles on a limited basis in a small portion of the Milford building, but the company declined to tell the TV station what will be produced in the rest of the facility. The company is looking to renovate the building and ramp up operations by early next year.
