IronPlanet adds mobile app
IronPlanet Motors, an online auction site for used autos and powersports vehicles, has launched a new mobile app for iPhones and Android smartphones.
The free app allows users to find and bid on vehicles in IronPlanet auctions from their phones. Users can search inventory by category or auction day, review inspection reports, add items to the “Watch List,” view live auctions and place bids. Bidders will also receive instant alerts when they’ve won or been outbid on a vehicle, and IronPlanet’s customer service team is available with a one-touch dialing function.
