Harley-Davidson donates $3 million to Muscular Dystrophy

During the 2011 Muscular Dystrophy Association Labor Day Telethon, Harley-Davidson presented a contribution of $3 million to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

The money was raised by Harley-Davidson through fundraising activities, including pledge rides, dealer fundraisers, motorcycle raffles, Black-N-Blue fundraising dinners and commemorative pin sales. Representatives from the top fundraising dealers were present at the broadcast.

The money donated by Harley-Davidson goes toward medical care, research, and summer camps for children and adults with muscular dystrophy.
