PWC, motorcycle values increase

The value of motorcycles, scooters and PWC are up for the month of June, as compared to May, according to Black Book.

PWC saw the largest month-over-month increase, with values up 4 percent. Street motorcycles saw the next highest increase, up 3 percent, followed by cruiser motorcycles with a 2.8 percent increase. Scooters increased 2.7 percent month-over-month.

In the off-road arena, the average off-road motorcycle value rose 2.2 percent, while dual sport bikes are up 1.5 percent. ATV values are up 1.1 percent, while UTVs rose just over half a percent.

The only powersports segment that saw decreases was snowmobiles, which dropped 1.2 percent.
