Woody’s donates to breast cancer organizations

International Engineering & Mfg. Inc., the manufacturer of Woody’s traction products, has donated $1,000 to breast cancer organizations the Pink Ribbon Riders and the Kelly Shires Foundation from its Give Back Program.

Woody’s launched the Give Back Program in 2007. Initially, special edition pink support plates were sold to generate funds for breast cancer charities. Those plates were mostly purchased by or for women snowmobilers, so in an attempt to get more men to donate, in 2010 Woody’s expanded the Give Back Program to include all colored support plates. The response to this program in North America has been good, according to Woody’s, so the sales of these plates will continue to support breast cancer charities.
