Victory dealers see high PSI scores
For the second consecutive year, Victory Motorcycle dealers scored highest on the 2011 Pied Piper Prospect Satisfaction Index, which measures how motorcycle dealerships help shoppers become buyers, Pied Piper announced.
Victory dealers topped the chart with a score of 105, though that is two points lower than the brand’s 2010 mark. Thirteen of the fourteen brands rated in the report saw a decrease in 2011 from their 2010 scores. Husqvarna dealers earned the same score this year as last, with a 90. To measure PSI, Pied Piper sent nearly 2,000 hired anonymous mystery shoppers into dealerships nationwide.
Following Victory in the rankings was Harley-Davidson with a score of 104. Next was Ducat and Triumph, each earning a 102, followed by BMW and Yamaha, which each garnered a score of 101, the industry average. The brand with the largest decrease was MV Augusta with a five-point drop to 98.
