Auto aftermarket company adds motorcycle parts
SMP, an independent manufacturer, distributor and marketer of aftermarket automobile parts, has added a line of motorcycle parts to its BWD brand of products, according to a press release.
The motorcycle line offers direct replacement parts primarily for Harley-Davidsons.
“The BWD brand motorcycle product line covers key categories such as ignition, wire sets and heavy-duty point sets for vintage applications, fuel, electrical and electrical accessories,” Bruno Mijat, senior product manager, said in the release. “The line is a basic extension of SMP’s core automotive offering. More than 100 part numbers are now available with additional numbers to be added throughout the year.”
