New trike hits lower price point

A trike concept that was first unveiled at Kawasaki’s dealer meeting last fall is now coming to market.

The trike, based on the Kawasaki Vulcan 900 and called the Storm, will be available through Lehman dealers starting in April.

The model, designed for the entry-level rider, will hit a low-end price point for the trike market, starting at an MSRP of $15,495.

The Storm will feature Lehman’s Genuine “No Lean” Suspension, a specially designed front end rake and an adjustable steering damper for easy handling, a spacious and lockable trunk for helmets and other belongings, and adjustable rear air suspension for ride comfort.

The Storm will be available as a 2009, 2010 and 2011 model in a variety of factory colors.
