ARI and Channel Blade will now be marketed under the same ARI brand, 18 months after ARI acquired Channel Blade, ARI announced.
ARI provides e-commerce solutions for the powersports and outdoor power industries, while Channel Blade provides Web sites, lead management and marketing automation services in the marine and recreation vehicle industries. ARI acquired Channel Blade Technologies Inc. in April 2009, and both companies have been planning on integrating into one brand. ARI researched with both customers and employees before deciding to integrate.
“By aligning both names under one, we will be able to present a unified brand to all our customers and strengthen our product offerings and customer service across the powersports, outdoor power, marine, RV and other equipment markets we serve,” said Roy Olivier, president and CEO at ARI.
The acquisition of Channel Blade added upwards of $3.8 million of revenue to ARI’s 2010 fiscal year.
