A DMS without an on-site server
ADP Lightspeed, a provider of dealer management solutions, announced a new hosted feature for LightspeedNXT, its dealer management system.
Dealers can now use the company’s LightspeedNXT without the need of an on-site server. This feature removes server maintenance from dealerships. It stores, maintains and secures all of the dealer information at redundant servers located in ADP’s Secure Data Center. This is the same location that hosts payrolls and HR data from millions of companies in North America. The company says the Data Center provides unsurpassed data security and service.
“Dealers have more important things to worry about than their servers,” Kris Denos, Director of Research and Development at ADP Lightspeed, said in a press release.
The hosted version is available with the release of 3.9.3 of LightspeedNXT.
