New Hall of Fame entrees to include LeMans Corp. CEO

The weekend of Sept. 16-19 will see 14 recreational and racing snowmobilers inducted into their respective Hall of Fames at the World Snowmobile Headquarters in Eagle River, Wis.

“The International Snowmobile Hall of Fame (ISHOF) is one of the main snowmobile organizations that the Headquarters showcases,” said Tom Anderson, president of the headquarters.

Six new members of the recreational side of snowmobiling will be inducted in their respective Hall of Fames. They are: John Ehlert as publisher; LeMans Corp. CEO Fred Fox of Janesville, Wis. as industry; Judy and Bob King of Cedar Falls, Iowa, as volunteers; Charles Kurtz of Errol, N.H., as volunteer; and Ed Skomoroh of Annandale, Minn., as industry.

Also being inducted in the newly formed Derby Hall of Fame are 10 snowmobile racers who have won the coveted World Championship Derby.
