V-SEPT launches new version of CRM system

V-SEPT, a customer relationship management and marketing tools provider, launched a new CRM version.

The 3.0 version features video brochure technology and built-in image libraries. When an online customer views a video brochure, instant feedback is sent to the salesperson about the prospect. The new version also allows follow-up thank you letters/e-mails, after-sale surveys, service reminders and after-service surveys.
