Date change announced for industry event
The date for Powersports Business’ leading dealer education conference & expo has been changed.
The two-day event, called Profit Xcelerator, will be held Oct. 15-17 in Las Vegas at the Red Rock Casino & Resort.
The change in dates — the event was pushed back essentially one month — primarily reflects the company’s efforts at ensuring dealers can be in their stores in what could be a very important September.
“The new unit market obviously has not rebounded as much as we hoped and thus we’re being sensitive to dealers who will rely even more heavily on September than in years past,” Powersports Business Editor Neil Pascale said, outlining the cause for the change.
Pascale also said the date change “allows us to accommodate some of our ProfitX partners who are facing issues attached to international motorcycle shows.”
