International Motorcycle Shows sets U.S. tour dates

For its 30th annual nationwide tour, the International Motorcycle Shows is set to visit 12 cities across the country, according to a release from event organizers. The shows highlight sport bikes, street bikes, dirt bikes, cruisers, scooters, ATVs and UTVs.

The 2010-2011 tour schedule is as follows:

Nov. 12-14, Dallas Convention Center, Dallas;
Nov. 19-21, San Mateo County Event Center, San Mateo, Calif.;
Dec. 10-12, Qwest Field & Event Center, Seattle;
Dec. 17-19, Long Beach Convention Center, Long Beach, Calif.;
Jan. 7-9, Rock Financial Showplace, Novi, Mich.;
Jan. 14-16, Washington Convention Center, Washington D.C.;
Jan. 21-23, Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, New York, N.Y.;
Jan. 28-30, I-X Center, Cleveland;
Feb. 4-6, Minneapolis Convention Center, Minneapolis;
Feb. 11-13, Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Chicago;
Feb. 25-27, Carolina First Center, Greenville, S.C.;
March 9-12, Ocean Center, Daytona Beach, Fla.

In addition to bikes, organizers say this year’s shows will feature gear, accessories, stunt shows, demo rides, new rider programs, seminars, kids’ activities and media previews.

“We are thrilled to bring an electrified and eye-popping all-new International Motorcycle Show to 12 cities across the country where long-time bikers, potential new riders, friends and family can immerse themselves in the world of powersports,” International Motorcycle Shows Director Jeff D’Entremont said in the release.
