A new 20 group concept introduced

An industry company has started accepting applications from powersports dealers to be part of new 20 group services, according to a press release from Channel Ideas.

Policy and procedure steps will be a focus with the biggest emphasis on the financials, stated the release. Both composites and financial statements/balance sheets will be reviewed monthly with each dealer to provide the highest level of information and advice.

“We know the value of composites, but the understanding and evaluation of the actual financial statement is the key to survival and continued growth,” Neil Frame, president of Channel Ideas, said in the release. “We will help make changes that stabilize their store and put increased profit to the bottom line.”

The program includes management calls with each dealer and a monthly group conference call. The release stated, “We will provide a higher level of advice and training with on-site visitations and the regular moderator without increasing overall costs.”

Frame added in the release, “Our T.E.A.M [(T)rack (E)ducate (A)ssess (M)entor] program will only be moderated by people who have worked in dealerships and understand the complete operation. The package is real world, substantive and on target to increase individual and store success.”
