Motorcycle OEM signs new licensee for its parts
Ridley Motorcycle Company, manufacturer of automatic motorcycles, welcomed 2 Wheel Ventures as the company’s OEM parts licensee. This is the second license arrangement the two companies have formed since 2007, when 2 Wheel Ventures became the Ridley brand apparel licensee, according to a Ridley press release.
As license holder, 2 Wheel Ventures is now entitled to produce, market and distribute Ridley branded OEM parts, accessories, publications and apparel.
“Since 2007, we have seen 2 Wheel Ventures successfully focus on and expand the Ridley line of apparel,” Ridley Motorcycle Company President Clay Ridley said in the release. “Their ability to nurture and develop business with our dealers, and motorcycle owners has impressed us. This opportunity will allow Ridley Motorcycle to focus on our line of automatic motorcycles and in the development of other motorcycle technologies.”
