Riva announces trio of new products

RIVA Racing recently announced a trio of new products, including a Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit for Yamaha SHO engines found in the FX-SHO and FZ lines.
According to RIVA, the kit provides the precise pressure control needed to compliment aftermarket ECU applications.
Other new products include a performance ride plate for Sea-Doo 155/215hp 4-TEC models. The channeled design promises to balance speed and handling concerns, increasing top speed by 2-3 mph and offering improved straight-line stability, while providing better traction in hard turns. The plate requires the use of the third newly announced product, the RIVA Sea-Doo 4-TEC Open Loop Cooling Kit, as it disables the factory ride plate’s heat exchanger.

Discovery River Tours has fall availability

Discovery River Tours will celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their Pee Dee-Waccamaw River Trip this month, and owners Sam Thomas and Vicki Williams note the popular, typically sold-out tour now has availability for Sept. 18-20. The journey starts in St. Stephen, S.C., on the Santee River, heads to the Intracoastal, through a portion of Winyah Bay, to Georgetown, S.C., where it picks up the Great Pee Dee River. Highlights include sections of the Samworth Wildlife Management Area, historic rice plantations, and a first day’s conclusion in Conway, S.C., with a private, catered dinner for the group. Day Two includes freeriding in the Conway area, followed by the return journey on Day Three, completing the 325-mile round trip.
In October, DRT will be hosting the 365-mile “Okee-Kissimmee Lake & River Tour,” starting on Florida’s east coast, into Lake Okeechobee, and on to the Caloosahatchee River en route to the night’s stop in Ft. Myers. The trip retraces that route on Day Two, followed by a special section of the Kissimmee River on Day Three. psb
