Negotiations under way between OEM, supplier
Ultimate Sports Inc., a manufacturer and supplier to the recreational vehicle industry, announced its licensed partner, Stud Boy, is currently in negotiations with Polaris Industries.
If plans are finalized, Polaris will market and sell traction products that are designed by Ultimate Sports and manufactured by Stud Boy.
“We’re pleased to announce that negotiations are taking place between Stud Boy and Polaris,” Kevin Metheny, president of Ultimate Sports, stated in the press release. “It is our hope that agreements will move forward as planned so that Polaris can represent these products. Finalization of a positive agreement will greatly benefit all parties involved.”
