BMW’s worldwide motorcycle sales fall in February
BMW’s worldwide motorcycle sales slumped in February, the company reported.
The manufacturer’s worldwide motorcycle sales fell nearly 30 percent compared to the previous year period to 4,401 units. Sales data for North America was not available.
For the year to date, BMW’s sales are off slightly more than 18 percent at 9,955. Sales in January, however, were slightly up over the previous-year period.
BMW also reported a decrease in worldwide auto sales for February. Total sales of 106,368 were off 24.4 percent from the previous-year period.
