Lehman Trikes’ sales up dramatically

Lehman Trikes reported nearly a 43 percent increase in revenue for its third quarter, traditionally its second busiest quarter in terms of sales.

The manufacturer, which started in Canada but has U.S. operations in South Dakota, said it had sales of $5.9 million in its third quarter, which ended Aug. 31. The third-quarter financial report was recently listed on the company’s Web site.

Lehman, which builds conversion kits and complete trikes, does not disclose the number of new units it sells.
