UTI to invest in faculty training and development
Universal Technical Institute has partnered with the Center for Excellence in Education to maximize faculty performance and enhance student success, UTI said in a press release Oct. 31.
Formed through a strategic partnership between the Imagine America Foundation and MaxKnowledge, the Center for Excellence provides turnkey employee development solutions for career college operators. Nearly 1,000 UTI instructors will be participating in Center for Excellence’s online faculty development program.
“The Center for Excellence in Education has developed an unparalleled professional educator development program for the career college sector of higher education,” said Ron Obstfeld, UTI vice president of learning and development in the release.
