March 13, 2006 – KYMCO introduces 500cc ATV

KYMCO USA, the exclusive importer and distributor of KYMCO brand product manufactured in Taiwan, revealed its MXU 500 4×4 ATV in Indianapolis.
C.A.R.B. certified and Forestry Service approved, the electric-start MXU 5000 4×4 offers a 499cc four-stroke, liquid-cooled DOHC engine, dual a-arm suspension, triple disc brakes, front and rear equipment racks, a front brush guard, shaft drive and shift-on-the-fly four-wheel-drive. The unit weighs 661 lbs. and offers a towing capacity of 1,000 lbs.
Features include a digital display with speedometer, odometer, tripmeter, fuel, clock and drive mode. There also are indicator lights for shifter position, high bean/low beam and water temperature. psb
