Having specialized in hand tools, the company says it is quickly expanding its line of diagnostic tools and equipment to better serve dealer service departments with a broader array of products.
Another company serving dealer customers is Park Tools USA. Park recently arrived in the industry after making a name for itself with bicycle distributors and dealers. Park says it’s out to supply powersports service departments with specialized pieces based on some of its patented products initially offered through the bicycle industry.
