Based in Bologna, Italy, BMC was founded in 1973 as a motorcycle accessories distributor trading in Yoshimura, Bridgestone and Kayaba product.
The company entered the automobile aftermarket industry in 1991, and started producing its own air filters in 1995 following an inquiry from Ferrari's Formula One race operation.
Since 1996, BMC air filters have equipped F1 and American Le Mans teams for manufacturers including Ferrari, Toyota, Williams BMW, Prost, Sauber, Minardi, Porsche and Audi.
Then, upon entering the motorcycle industry and following good performances by Team Yamaha Belgarda and Team Suzuki Alstare Corona in the World SuperSport Championship, the company began offering its motorcycle product to consumers.
BMC offers standard powersports filters and filters for direct induction models. Covered ATV brands include Honda, Kawasaki, Kymco, Polaris, Suzuki and Yamaha.
LRD Adjustable Exhaust systems allow riders to specialize or fine-tune the power of the motor to match their riding style.
The LRD adjustable exhaust systems work on a unique slip fit design. Simply use a 10mm wrench to loosen and tighten the jam nuts and shift the powercurve either to the left or the right. A quarter of an inch turn will shift the power curve about 50-75 RPM, allowing the rider to adjust where he or she needs the most acceleration and how soon they want the power to come on.
The company's exhaust line features product for Honda's 250R, 400EX and 450R; Kawasaki's KFX400; Suzuki's LT80 and LTZ400; and Yamaha's Banshee, Blaster, Raptor and YFZ450.
HydroDynamics USA, Inc. of Florida manufactures i-Shock brand product. Originating with suspension components for the pit bike market, the i-Shock brand recently expanded into ATVs.
New product available this month was designed for the Honda TRX450, TRX250 and 400EX; Yamaha YFZ450, Raptor and Banshee; Kawasaki KFX400; and Suzuki LTZ400.
Items include the i5500 and i4500 complete front suspension systems; the i3500 and i2500 A-arm complete kit; i-Shock F-8 Series; i-Shock P-51 Series; upper and lower brass knuckle ball joints; ball joint press tool; tie rods; brake lines; bushing/sleeves and grunts.
